REVIEW PROCEDURE
All manuscripts will be reviewed by the expert(s). The submission may, however, be returned without review if, in the opinion of the Editorial Board, is not appropriate for the Journal, is of poor quality, or fails to follow the Journal’s format. The Editor will notify the corresponding author of the acceptance, necessary revision, or rejection of the manuscript. Authors communicated for a revision should submit a revised manuscript within one month of the communication. Failure in doing so may require a resubmission or even result in rejection of the manuscript.
PROOFS
Proof-reading is the responsibility of the corresponding author. Only corrections of type-setting errors are accepted. Proof could be printed out, marked and sent back to the Editor. Alternatively, corrections could be done in proof pdf file or detailed out in an e-mail. Substantial changes at the proof stage are not allowed without the Editor’s approval. In that case, the Editor should be communicated before returning the proof. Authors who expect to be away from their workstations are requested to give notice of their temporary postal addresses with dates. Corrections not returned by the deadline will not be taken into consideration and the Editor’s decision will be final.
REPRINTS
The corresponding author will receive 3 reprints free of cost and a PDF version of the published paper could be sent by e-mail upon request.
